Unfortunately drivers are not equipped with mobile phones for work purposes due to both safety and security concerns. They are unable to call prior to arriving and simply arrive and knock/buzz your door. If you need any instructions passed onto the driver you will need to contact the courier directly on the morning of collection/delivery.

Your item(s) will be collected and delivered between 9.00 and 18.00. We are unable to provide a smaller collection or delivery time.

The driver will arrive and collect your items from the front door of your building or your reception. If your building has a dedicated post room or goods in/out area where items are regularly collected from, they will usually be delivered there.

If you miss your collection or the driver does not turn up please contact us as soon as possible as we may be able to arrange another collection for you.

Your items will be delivered between 9.00 and 18.00 on the delivery date. The expected delivery dates would have been displayed at the time of booking and will also be in your confirmation emails. You can also track your items online to see when they are out for delivery in your My Orders section.

Someone will always need to be available at the delivery side for the package to be received. This is essential as couriers will return items to the sender if the premises appears to be closed. Please ensure you have spoken with the delivery side and ensure there will always be someone at the address.

The transit times and estimated delivery date for your booking will be displayed when you get a quote and in the confirmation emails sent after booking, these times are quoted in working days. Working days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.Items are not delivered on weekends. In some remote areas it can take an extra 1 - 2 days for delivery.You can track your item online to see when it will be delivered.

We only deliver Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on public holidays.

We accept payment from most major credit/debit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments from PayPal. We also offer a Top- up Balance where you can benefit from an additional 5 % credit when you top up €100 or more. All payments are made in GBP.We cannot offer credit facilities or payment via bank transfer.

If you need to cancel your order, you will need to contact us about this.

Refunds are not guaranteed as per our Terms and Conditions agreed to at booking however we do look at each case individually.

At the moment, as long as you are sending domestically or within the EU, you will not need to pay any customs charges.

For destinations other than this, you may be liable for customs charges for items being sent, for this reason, you will be asked to complete a Commercial Invoice after you place your booking.

The recipient in the destination country will be liable for any customs charges as it will be the destination country that imposes these.Please make your recipient aware of this as the courier will often contact them directly about this.

Unfortunately, we cannot predict or foresee customs charges as these are decided upon by the local customs authority in the destination country.For guidance on possible duties please contact your local customs authority who should be able to advise.
