If your parcel doesn’t start tracking right away, don’t worry - it can take a little time to update. Tracking will begin shortly after the courier scans your parcel’s label.

To check your tracking, simply enter your order number, which should begin with ‘IPS’. You’ll find it in the My Orders section of our website or in your email confirmation.
