Customs
As the Canary Islands are outside of the European Union customs territory and VAT area, you will be required to complete customs forms to be sent with your shipment. Once you have made your booking, we will provide you with customs documents. These can be found in the ‘My Orders’ section of the website (top right corner) after logging in.
Customers are responsible for completing these forms and attaching them to their parcels. But if you do have any questions, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
